Q: What is the age for attending the class?
A: Classes are aimed at pre-school children. We run classes for 1-2 years and 2-5 years.
Q: What should my child wear?
A: Children will be provided with a long sleeved apron. However with the nature of budding artists, there is no guarantee that this will keep them clean. Therefore we would recommend that you do not put them in their best clothes, just in case!
Q: What do I need to bring to the class?
A: Just you and your child!
Q: How long does the class run for?
A: The classes runs for 45 minutes. The classes will include imaginative play and organised art and craft activities.
Q: What is the typical size of a class?
A: Class size will vary between 8 and 15 depending on venue
Q: What activities are included in imaginative play?
A: Within the room there will be a variety of individual art stations which will vary each week. These will include trays with water, sand, slime, shaving foam, pasta plus play-doh with cutters, chalk, pencils and crayons.
Q: Can I leave my child in the class and collect them at the end?
A: Classes are designed for parent/carer and child particpation. The child remains the responsibility of the parent/carer during the class. The parent/carer’s role is an important one, helping and encouraging your child but more importantly having time to enjoy the activities together.
Q: Can I bring more than one child to the class?
A: Yes, you can bring additional children. Please let us know at the time of booking.
Q: Can I pay for the classes on a weekly basis?
A: In order to secure your place in the class, you are required to pay for all the classes at the start of each term.
Q: After attending the first class I find my child does not enjoy the class, can I get a refund for the term
A: If after the first class your child does not enjoy the class, then a refund will be offered for the balance of the term.
